Last Thursday, just before midnight, a passerby reported two suspicious subjects vandalizing a utility box at N Main St and E Laurel St. in Fort Bragg Officers arrived on scene, observed fresh graffiti, and saw two subjects fleeing. Officers apprehended one male juvenile from Fort Bragg, who was arrested, cited, and released to a parent. The second suspect was not apprehended, but leads are being followed. Anyone with information is asked to contact Fort Bragg PD.
