A Fort Bragg man was found guilty of hit-and-run property damage by a Mendocino County Superior Court jury. David Koehn, 71, was charged with hit and run in July 2024 at Community First Credit Union’s parking lot. The case was heard by Judge Clayton Brennan. A restitution hearing is set for November 12th to determine the amount Koehn must pay for damages. California law guarantees crime victims’ right to restitution.
