The Northern Circle Indian Housing Authority or NCIHA in Mendocino County announced Wednesday that its services will continue despite the federal government shutdown. Established in 1979, NCIHA provides affordable housing, rental and deposit assistance, housing rehabilitation, and onsite housing to Northern California tribal members.
