The Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development is accepting applications for the 2025-2026 Cannabis Equity Grants Program which has $15 million to give to qualified applicants. Grants up to $75,000 are available for program development, or $3.5 million to help equity applicants establish cannabis businesses. This aims to reduce legal industry barriers and combat the illegal market. Applications close just before midnight on December 8th.
