The Ukiah City Council has postponed a remodel bid vote for the former Bank of America building to September 17 due to a protest. Cupples and Son Construction Inc., the second-lowest bidder, protested DMR Builders’ low bid, claiming DMR failed to list roofing and painting subcontractors. The item was continued to the next meeting on the 17th.
