New Online Tool for Community Resilience Is Online

The CHARM project’s Roadmap to Resilience, an online tool for Lake County emergency planners, is now live on the Tracking California website. Developed with local tribes and agencies, the tool uses survey and interview data to reduce health risks from natural hazards for vulnerable populations. Funded by the National Institutes of Health, CHARM is a collaboration between Big Valley Band of Pomo Indians Environmental Protection Department and Tracking California. A new grant will support community-led solutions for extreme heat protection. Feedback on the roadmap is being gathered through summer 2025.
