California State Parks’ Off Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Division awarded over $23 million in 2025 grants to 119 projects across 81 agencies, districts, and nonprofits, including The Mendocino National Forest, which received the largest award at $967,718. Funding supports Off Highway Vehicle recreation, trail maintenance, public education, resource protection, and habitat restoration. Since 1974, the program has awarded over $833 million through the OHV Trust Fund.
