Mendocino Land Trust Gains Land to Conserve Local Endangered Species

The Mendocino Land Trust has permanently protected endangered species habitats on 30 acres of Windy Hollow, home to the Point Arena mountain beaver and Behren’s silverspot butterfly, through conservation easements on land donated by PG&E and the Sonya Popow estate, which donated the 2.3-acre Popow Redwoods property.
