The Lake County Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest in the fentanyl death of a Nice woman. In February of this year, Carissa Morton, 28 was located dead of an apparent overdose. Investigation identified Ryan Stahl, 40, of Lucerne as the person who supplied her with the fentanyl that killed her. He was arrested on the 18th and charged with Second degree murder, possession of a controlled substance for sale, and transportation of a controlled substance for sale.
