The Clearlake Planning Commission will meet Tuesday evening and hold two public hearings, one to consider a conditional use permit for a tattoo parlor in the 15000 block of Lakeshore Drive. The second is another CUP for tobacco sales in the former Clearlake Electronics Building on Lakeshore Drive.
