In a statement from the Middletown Teachers Association, it was announced that an agreement between the Association and the Middletown Unified School District had been reached. The agreement includes a contingency-based salary increase, improved training flexibility, support for colleagues, fair compensation for bilingual teachers, and individualized education program meeting clarity. Coincidentally, approval by both parties comes during National Teacher Appreciation Week.
