At its meeting on Tuesday, the Lake County Board of Supervisors voted to conduct a preliminary study on the possibility of introducing a special sales tax to fund road improvements in unincorporated areas of the county. The board agreed that deteriorating roads are shared concerns across districts. The board will revisit and hear a presentation on the matter in March.
