This past Friday, the Annual Trauma Expo was held at Adventist Health Ukiah Valley. The simulated mass casualty incident is conducted for those who work as first responders and those who work in the hospital environment, allowing all to experience each other’s jobs. Those who posed as victims came from Mendocino College’s Emergency Medical Tech class. Emergency medical responders from the UVFA, Reach, and Medstar, as well as Ukiah Police officers, also participated in this year’s exercise.
