The Ukiah Design Review Board has unanimously recommended approval of the renovation of the long-vacant Denny’s at 105 Pomeroy St., which will be the new home of Habit Burger & Grill. Habit Burger & Grill started as a burger stand in Santa Barbara in 1969 and now has 35 locations in the state, including 11 in northern California.
