The legal team for Chamise Cubbison has said that top county officials will be deposed in her civil lawsuit against the Mendocino Board of Supervisors, with District Attorney David Eyster top of the list. County CEO Darcie Antle and former County Counsel Christian Curtis, among others, will soon receive notice of those depositions, which should be scheduled later this month or in May. Delays will continue to rack up a big bill on the side of the county, which has already spent over $200,000 on a case that never went to trial.
