State Senator Mike McGuire has launched what he calls a comprehensive audit of all of Mendocino County’s operations and departments. A press release from his office said the issues around administrative operations in the county are unsustainable. He further said the audit would provide some much-needed daylight and help establish a roadmap for long-term stability. Mendocino County Board of Supervisors Chair John Haschak was quoted in the release, stating the county would be working hand in hand to pinpoint challenges and areas for improvement.l
