The CalFire Mendocino Unit will conduct a prescribed burn of roughly 100 acres at the Mendocino Unit headquarters on Highway 101 in Willits starting on Tuesday. The burn is scheduled to take place throughout the week and should end on Friday. Smoke will be visible in the area during the burn’s hours, which will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
