North Bay Environmental Conservation Group Receives Wildfire Resilience Grants

Cal Fire grants have been awarded to Conservation Works, a North Bay environmental conservation non-profit. The $5.9 million in two grants funded through the Wildfire Resilience Program will be used to plan and implement wildfire risk reduction and forest health projects on private property in Lake, Mendocino, Sonoma, and Napa Counties. Applications for this year’s grant funding through the North Bay Forest Improvement Program will be open to private landowners this summer.
