A Fort Bragg teen led police on a high-speed chase through the city in a stolen car. Saturday evening, an officer saw a vehicle run a stop sign near Chestnut and Harrison. When he attempted a traffic stop, the vehicle drove off at high speed. A brief chase ensued, reaching 70 miles an hour on city streets. The driver lost control at Sanderson Way and East Oak Street, jumping the curb and landing in the front yard of a home, narrowly missing the house. The juvenile was booked into the Mendocino Juvenile Hall on numerous felony charges.
