The Clearlake Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 15-year-old Harley Austin, last seen in the area of J & L Market in Clearlake on Monday around 7:30 am. Harley is a white male juvenile, 5’ 9” tall, weighing 150lbs with blond hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hat with a red bill, black sweater, and blue jeans, and may have a pair of large black and blue headphones on. Anyone with information on Harley Austin’s location is asked to contact the Clearlake Police Department.
