The Trump administration’s cost-cutting halted a shipment of 155,000 pounds of food earlier in the month and last week, food bank officials stopped all egg distribution as a cost-cutting measure. The food bank’s head of communications has said the cuts pose a huge obstacle to the organization, but it remains committed to providing for those in need.
