Two Arrested in Connection With Fireworks Assault on Homeless Woman

Charges have been filed against two people in connection with the assault of a homeless woman with fireworks. Taylor Carnahan, 21, of Fort Bragg, drove a vehicle while a male juvenile threw lit fireworks at the female victim last year. Monday, Carnahan was booked on suspicion of “assault with a deadly weapon, abuse of an elderly/dependent adult, discharge of fireworks likely to injure persons, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.” The male juvenile was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, discharge of an explosive device with intent to terrorize, and discharge of fireworks likely to injure persons.
