The Lake County Board of Supervisors meets Tuesday morning and will hear a report on the Tribal EcoRestoration Alliance’s or TERA’s plans for a new training facility in Upper Lake. TERA seeks to revitalize ecology, economy and culture through Indigenous-led land stewardship. The board will also hear a presentation on the 2025 Roads Project and the 2026 Regional Transportation Plan/Active Transportation Plan Update.
