A flood watch is in effect from this evening through Thursday afternoon for Lake and Southern Mendocino Counties. There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides along roadways. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. 1.5 to 3 inches of rain over the next day are possible.
