A flood watch remains in effect through this afternoon. Excessive rainfall continues in Lake and Mendocino Counties. Rock and landslides along roadways are possible. With ground saturation the possibility of flooding in low lying and flood prone areas is possible. Do not drive through standing water. Theres also a high surf advisory through tomorrow afternoon for coastal Mendocino County. Large breaking waves of 20 to 22 feet are possible. Surf conditions will be dangerous with possible beach erosion. Beachcombing is highly discouraged. Mariners are urged to exercise caution or simply stay in port.
