Concerns have been raised after the NY based owner of Hill House inn and the Mendocino Hotel Garden and Suites in Mendocino has partnered Marriot International late last year. Local merchants have expressed concern, saying they were not impressed with the introduction of the partnership to the city. Others are cautiously optimistic that the partnership will help improve Main Street’s bottom line.
