The National Weather Service office in Eureka has announced that atmospheric river storms will enter the area later today, bringing at least 4 inches of rain to Lake County over the next few days. Forecasters say a second atmospheric river is expected to move through the area on Sunday. How much rain is expected from the second storm is unclear as of yet.
