CalTrans has announced a $9 million allocation towards work on highway projects in Mendocino County. The $9.4 million will be used on projects planned on Highways 1 and 128 in Mendocino County, including work on the Juan Creek Bridge near Rockport, improvements from the Mill Creek Bridge to the Robinson Creek Bridge near Boonville, upgrades from south of Iverson Avenue to Philo Greenwood Road near Point Arena and roadway and other safety improvements from north of Havens Neck Drive to Gypsy Flat Road near Gualala.
