Public Hearing on Improvements to Former Ukiah Hospice Thrift Store Building

A public hearing is expected to take place today to consider proposed improvements to the building on South State Street that housed the Ukiah Hospice Thrift store. An application for permits to renovate and reuse the structure for general retail and small product manufacturing has been submitted by TCW Equipment, owned by Nene and Michael Caviness. It’s expected that a site visit by the Zoning Administrator and the applicant will have taken place before the public hearing.
