The Mendocino Coast Health Care District directors approved a restructured lease with Adventist Health. Two minor items were identified as needing attention before the negotiations on the lease could be completed. A change in the language of the lease concerning Adventist Health’s right to terminate the lease and the requirement that the health care district take back responsibility for running the Hospice Thrift Store in Fort Bragg.
