There is a red flag warning for most of the northeastern part of Mendocino County that goes into effect starting today, Tuesday at 3 pm and expires Thursday morning, according to the National Weather Service. Lake County will also possibly experience high offshore winds. Public Safety Power Shutoffs for Mendocino County are possible on Wednesday and Thursday.
