A change in public defenders representing former Mendocino County Payroll Manager Paula June Kennedy has added another delay to her and co-defendant Chamise Cubbison’s trial. Kennedy’s new attorney, FredRicco McCurry has asked the court for time to familiarize himself with the case. Judge Ann Moorman is scheduled to act on McCurry’s request at a hearing set for next Wednesday.
