The crash of a Pepsi truck and trailer left traffic backed up from early Tuesday morning til just before noon. A hazmat team was requested around 3:20 am to northbound South Main Street at the intersection of Muir Mill Road in Willits. The vehicle remained upright and the driver was out of the vehicle with no apparent injuries. Hazmat determined that less than a gallon of possible contaminating material had been spilled. Crews worked into the morning to remove the rig from the side of the roadway. Traffic was finally cleared around noon.
