A welfare check last weekend resulted in the arrest of two people and the seizure of a ghost gun. Ukiah police officers arrived to find Ashtyn Taylor, Priscilla Ronco, and an 18-year-old female who was experiencing a mental health crisis. The Mendocino County Behavioral Health Unit responded to her situation. Officers did a record check on Taylor and Ronco and found that Taylor had prior felony charges and Ronco was on parole from Mendocino County. Both were arrested. The female subject was hospitalized.
