As winds picked up across Lake County on Thursday, PG&E went ahead with planned public safety power shutoffs. Just under 1100 customers in Lake County were without power. Community resource centers will be open through 10 pm this evening, at the Live Oaks Senior Center in Clearlake Oaks and the Hidden Valley Lake Association on Donkey Hill Road.
