Cloverdale Man Found Guilty of Sexually Assaulting Workers at Costco

A Cloverdale man has been found guilty of sexually assaulting a woman at Ukiah big box store. The jury on Tuesday found Timothy Scott McIlvain, 55, guilty of misdemeanor sexual battery, misdemeanor attempted indecent exposure, and misdemeanor delaying or obstructing a peace officer after he groped a female food demonstrator in late May. He then moved to another demonstrator and tried to expose himself. He remains in custody on a $30K bond. His sentencing hearing is scheduled for the 31st in Ukiah.
