A Willits man was arrested last week for possession of more than a pound of psilocybin mushrooms after calling police on his girlfriend. Michael A. Giles, 41, allowed Mendocino County Sheriffs deputies to search his car. They did not find the gun Giles said his girlfriend pointed at him but did find the mushrooms. He was booked into the Mendocino County Jail on $100K bond.
