Ukiah man was arrested on charges of parole violation, and annoyance/molestation of a minor after he harassed two teenage girls. John Hill has had several arrests connected with the annoyance of women and has been serving time in the county jail. A request to the court that an ankle monitor be placed on Hill due to concern for public safety was denied. Almost immediately after he was released, he was again arrested for parole violation after harassing two teen girls and getting into their vehicle at the Quest Mart in Ukiah. An employee confronted Hill, who then left the area. Officers later contacted him and he was arrested.
