The Lake County Sheriff’s office is looking for an inmate who walked away from the Hill Road Correctional Facility Friday afternoon. Bill Ray Neldon, 36, was performing his assigned kitchen duties when he walked away. Nelson was serving time for vandalism and was scheduled to be released in January. He has medium to dark brown hair, with a beard and mustache. Brown eyes. He may still be wearing a county jail uniform. He is not to be contacted. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
