The Lake County Board of Supervisors will meet Tuesday morning and hold hearings on rate increases for the Northwest Regional Sewer System, the Kelseyville County Waterworks District No. 3 and County Service Area No. 2 – Spring Valley Lakes, respectively. The board will also consider a resolution to form the Lake County Hospital Improvement District and set a date for a public hearing.
