Officers responding to an accident near First and Piper Streets in Healdsburg arrived to find the driver and passenger passed out in a vehicle. After a search, officers seized 78.9 grams of methamphetamine and 7.31 pounds of marijuana from the vehicle. The driver,35-year-old Ryan Roy Downey of Covelo, and his passenger, 40-year-old Courtney Luscko Hamilton of Ukiah, were arrested on several drug related charges. Both remain in custody.
