The Clearlake City Council meets tomorrow evening at 6 p.m. Staff will provide an update on the Boyles Fire, and the council will discuss water service for the city. Following the open portion of the meeting, the council will go into closed session to discuss the existing litigation against Highlands Mutual Water Co.
