The Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office reports a suspect fleeing deputies in the Brooktrails area near Willits was injured Monday evening. The female suspect lost her footing and tumbled ten feet down the slope, sustaining injuries including facial trauma. Emergency responders arrived and provided assistance. Reach 6 Air Ambulance was also called to transport the suspect to a medical facility for treatment.
