Lake Transit Authority Cutting Service Due to Driver Shortage

The Lake Transit Authority has announced it is experiencing a shortage of drivers and will be temporarily cutting back routes. As of Monday and until further notice, weekday service on the last eastbound run of Route 1 along the north shore of Clearlake, the last loop of Route 2 between Cobb and Middletown, the last loop of Route 4A between the Rivieras and Lakeport, and half of the afternoon runs of Route 8 in Lakeport will be suspended. Saturday service will continue as scheduled. Also, the times for eastbound Route 7 and the last two eastbound runs of Route 4 have been adjusted to better align with the rest of the system.
