Mendocino County’s Behavioral Health and Recovery Services will hold groundbreaking ceremonies for the new psychiatric health facility at 9 am this Tuesday at the construction site on South State Street in Ukiah. The almost 13,000 sq. ft. building will have capacity to treat 16 patients on a 24 hour inpatient basis. The project is funded by the California Department of Health Care Services and Measure B, a county initiative to improve mental health services in the county.
