A Clearlake woman charged with pre-meditated murder has entered a plea in her case. 33-year-old Dominique Irene Molina-Dominguez appeared in Lake County Superior Court on Tuesday, charged with the July shooting of 38-year-old DeAndre Grinner. Molina-Dominguez pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and denied all the special allegations of personal and intentional use of a firearm, and special aggravating circumstances. She is said to have ambushed Grinner. Her preliminary hearing is set for September 11th. She remains in custody on $1 million bond.
