The Lower Lake Community Action Group will host a candidate’s forum, featuring John Hess and Helen Owen, who are running for the District 1 seat as guests. Elizabeth Larson, editor and publisher of the Lake County News will moderate the forum. The event is Wednesday, from 6 to 8 pm in the clubhouse at Russell Rustici County Park in Lower Lake.
