A teenager is dead and four other teens injured in an off-road vehicle crash on Thursday night. CHP reports the accident occurred on private property on Schwartz Lane. The 18-year-old male driver, a Michigan resident was pronounced dead at the scene. Two juvenile passengers were transported by helicopter to Sacramento for treatment of major injuries. Two other juvenile passengers were taken to a hospital with minor injuries. The accident is under investigation by the CHP.
