Groundbreaking for the much anticipated Lake County Courthouse is today at the new building site at 675 Lakeport Boulevard. The new facility is being funded by dedicated funding streams created through the Legislature, with no outlay from the city or the county. The almost $84 million dollar, 45,300 sq. foot facility will replace the current 15,000 sq. foot building and is due to start this summer and be completed by early 2026.
