Fire in Fort Bragg Caught By Air Evac Helicopter Crew

A fire along Pudding Creek in Fort Bragg was put out thanks to the eagle eye of a CALSTAR helicopter crew. The crew has just picked up a patient at Adventist Health Mendocino. A CalFire crew arrived by helicopter and then air spotter units and a CalFire chopper were used to make water drops in the area due to its remote location. Crews worked through the night to extinguish the blaze. There’s no word on the cause of the fire.
